What services do you provide?
Residential & commercial: design, install, maintenance, hardscaping, snow
A.M. Landscape & Contracting provides landscape design & installation, lawn care and maintenance, plantings, sod & seeding, mulching, irrigation installation, patios, walkways, retaining walls, grading/site preparation, and seasonal snow & ice management. For specialized work (major drainage, excavation) we scope and price independently.
How do I request an estimate?

Request via the booking form on the website or email A.MPropertymanagement@outlook.com. We offer a free preliminary estimate from photos; in-person estimates are scheduled for installations and hardscapes to ensure accuracy.
How is pricing determined?
Itemized quotes; materials, labour, site conditions considered

Quotes factor scope, materials, labour, site access, and permits if required. Maintenance is priced per visit or via seasonal contracts. Installation and construction projects receive itemized written proposals — estimates usually valid for 30 days.
Are you licensed and insured?

A.M. Landscape & Contracting carries general liability insurance and required workplace coverage. Proof of insurance, business registration, and licence information are available upon request for commercial projects and municipal contracts.
What are your payment and deposit terms?
Secure payments; deposits for larger projects

We accept secure card payments, e-transfer, and certified cheque. Projects over $1,000 typically require a deposit (commonly 30%) to confirm scheduling and material orders; final payment is due on completion. Commercial payment terms available by agreement and will be documented in writing.
Do you handle permits and municipal requirements?
We advise and can coordinate permitting

For work that triggers municipal permits (major grading, certain retaining walls, etc.) we will advise clients and, if requested, coordinate permit applications. Permit fees and third-party charges are additional and included in the proposal.
What is your cancellation policy?
24–48 hours notice requested depending on scope

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for single-service cancellations. For scheduled installation projects cancellation terms (including deposit handling) are specified in the contract; short-notice cancellations may incur fees.
What guarantees or warranties do you provide?
Workmanship guarantee; limited plant establishment warranties

We provide a workmanship guarantee for the period specified in your written agreement. Plant materials may carry limited establishment warranties — durations and exclusions are detailed on the invoice/proposal. Submit warranty claims in writing with photos where possible.
How should I prepare before the crew arrives?
Clear access, secure pets, mark buried utilities

Clear access to the work area, remove obstacles and fragile items, and secure pets. Mark or notify us of any buried utilities, irrigation lines or private services — unmarked private utilities are the client's responsibility.
